Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to premature and critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient based on their unique needs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families regarding patient status.
