- Family Support: Educate and emotionally support parents, helping them understand their baby's condition and care needs.

- Collaboration: Work with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring coordinated care.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient care and progress ¹ ².
