NICU/Pediatrics Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU/Pediatrics Technician to join our team and support the specialized care of newborns and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the specialized care of newborns and pediatric patients by assisting healthcare professionals, ensuring the proper functioning of medical equipment, and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the care and monitoring of patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatrics department.
• Operate, maintain, and ensure proper use of medical equipment.
• Support doctors and nurses during procedures and treatments.
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of patient information.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Prepare and arrange equipment and supplies required for neonatal and pediatric procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide immediate technical support when required.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Certification in Pediatrics or NICU Technology from a recognized institute.

Experience:

Previous experience in a senior-level position within a hospital setting, preferably in NICU or Pediatrics, will be highly valued.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
