We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Audit / Front Desk professional to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to handle guest relations with professionalism. Multilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and reporting
• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain phone etiquette while managing the front desk operations during night shifts
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring guest activities and adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, reservations, and billing records
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing a welcoming environment for all guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality management preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is desirable
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work overnight shifts, typically during nighttime hours
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• Previous hotel or resort experience is advantageous but not mandatory
