Night Auditor

A well-established group of hotels is looking to hire a Night Auditor on an immediate basis.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in hotel operations and have a flair for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check front office accounting records for accuracy on a daily basis and compile information for the hotel’s financial records.
• Track room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
• Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel’s financial performance for the day.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts, including any transactions not posted during the day by the front office cashier.
