Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, GA. The Night Auditor at Perry Lane Hotel will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during evening hours, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting guests with inquiries and requests, performing accurate nightly accounting and audits, and reconciling daily transactions. The Night Auditor will also ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing the front desk, greeting guests, and ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process
• Proficiency with Reservations management and booking systems
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address guests' needs and resolve issues effectively
• Experience handling financial transactions, including Cash Handling and daily reconciliations
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends, as required for the role
• Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred.
