The front desk agent/night auditor is responsible for answering guest questions, properly resolving guest complaints, answering phones, filing paperwork, taking guest reservations, and checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms.
They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a favorable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, answering phone calls, processing the end of day night audit paperwork and filing reports accordingly, handling cash and credit cards, and preparing coffee and breakfast offerings in the morning.

-Willingness to learn other departments within the hotel
-Dependable and able to arrive to work on time
-Computer and phone understanding and skills
- Ability and Understanding of Basic food service to set up breakfast in the morning
-Money handling experience

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
