Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor you would be responsible to greet guests upon arrival, check them in and out. You will also be responsible to run the Audit and print out all necessary reports required by Management. Serve as the main point of contact during overnight shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Availability to work from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, five days a week
• Parking Vehicles (Have a valid driver’s license)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, preparing reports, and processing audits
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
• Operate phone systems and respond to incoming calls in a professional manner
• Serve as a vigilant presence during the night/early morning shift, ensuring the safety and security of the property
• Complete miscellaneous duties as required

Physical Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
