Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations data.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing safety checks, and controlling access to the property.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational integrity.
• Support guest relations by addressing special requests and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
