Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and operations.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Qualifications
