Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, possess strong customer service skills, and be comfortable working independently during late-night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and assist with billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest relations.
• Prepare reports detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations Opera, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of night audit procedures and hotel operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and experienced with multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
