Night Auditor - Part Time (Home 2 Indianapolis Airport Ameriplex)

Our Night Auditors keep the hotel balanced while the world sleeps. You’ll combine precision and hospitality to ensure smooth overnight operations, accurate reporting, and a safe, welcoming environment for every guest at Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Airport Ameriplex.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome late-night arrivals and assist guests with check-in and check-out using hotel management systems.
• Complete nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions including billing, payments, and adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and room assignments while safeguarding sensitive information.
• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems professionally, assisting guests and supporting team communication.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive overnight experience.
• Monitor hotel security systems and conduct routine safety checks to maintain a secure, comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with front desk and leadership teams to prepare the hotel for a seamless transition into the next day.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or night audit preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with front desk systems, reservation software, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Comfort working independently during overnight hours while managing multiple priorities.
• Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities.
• A dependable, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

This is a part-time position working Wednesdays & Sundays.
