Night Auditor/Breakfast Host

Overview

Join our hospitality team as a Night Auditor and Breakfast Host. This role combines overnight front desk operations with morning breakfast service to ensure guests receive outstanding service around the clock. The position includes 2 days working night audit and 2 days as breakfast host. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Duties

• Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Answer and direct calls using professional phone etiquette
• Prepare and host breakfast service in a welcoming environment
• Monitor hotel safety and security procedures
• Maintain accurate shift reports and audit documentation

Experience

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest service operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with hotel software and multi-line phone systems preferred
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
