• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
