NIGHT CLUB MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nightclub to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure excellent customer service and a memorable experience for our guests
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost patronage and sales
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Night Club Manager in UAE or in a similar role within a nightclub and hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Dubai’s nightlife laws and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
