Job Summary

The Night Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nightclub, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, driving revenue, and maintaining compliance with legal and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, financial, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily/nightly club operations
• Ensure smooth coordination between bar, floor staff, security, and DJs
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality
• Monitor inventory (lior, beverages, supplies)

2. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders, servers, security, and support staff
• Prepare staff schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Enforce workplace policies and discipline when necessary

3. Customer Experience

• Handle VIP guests and special reservations
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Maintain crowd control and atmosphere standards

4. Financial Management

• Monitor daily sales and cash handling
• Control costs and minimize wastage
• Manage budgets and profitability targets
• Coordinate with accounting for reports and payroll

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws and licensing
• Maintain health & safety standards
• Coordinate with security teams for incident handling
• Ensure emergency procedures are followed

6. Marketing & Promotions

• Plan events, theme nights, and promotions
• Collaborate with DJs, promoters, and influencers
• Support social media and marketing campaigns
• Drive guest engagement and repeat business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5+ years of experience in nightclub, bar, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of liquor laws and nightlife operations
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
