As a Night Dispatcher, you'll support overnight fleet operations by serving as a primary point of contact for drivers and customers during non-business hours. This role focuses on coordination, communication, and issue escalation rather than full-scale dispatching. You'll handle a high volume of calls, monitor ongoing operations, and ensure accurate information flow to maintain service continuity, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced overnight environment.
- Overnight Operations // Support fleet operations during overnight hours to ensure continuity of service.
- Driver Support // Serve as the primary contact for drivers, answering calls and assisting with basic needs and questions.
- Call Management // Handle a high volume of incoming calls from drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Coordination // Coordinate with fleet leaders, terminals, maintenance, and customer service as needed.
- Issue Escalation // Identify issues and escalate appropriately according to established procedures.
- Monitoring // Monitor active loads and driver status to ensure awareness of overnight activity.
- Communication // Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional.
- Time Management & Organizational Skills // Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced overnight environment.
- Coordination // Comfortable coordinating information between drivers and internal teams.
- Problem Awareness // Ability to recognize issues and follow established escalation procedures.

- A(n) high school diploma, or equivalent, and at least 1–2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch support, or a call-center environment. An equivalent amount of education and experience may be considered.
- Regulations // Basic working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations is preferred.
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS) // Experience working in a TMS system is preferred; prior TMW exposure is a plus.
- Salary // Pay will be decided based on experience.
