Has immediate opening for a Full Time Night Dispatcher in Lenexa

Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Receive all initial incoming service requests and other calls, quickly within 2 rings.
• Determines correct routing of calls.
• Appropriate towing service need & dispatch tow drivers.
• Serve as the primary customer contact.
• Accurately record all pertinent information into Tracker software.
• Clean dispatch/drivers lounge areas according to cleaning schedule.
• All shifts are required to work weekends & holidays.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong multi-tasking ability for coordinating location of drivers with pending service calls
• Knowledge of function & capacity of all equipment dispatched
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the KC metro & surrounding area, Map-reading (GPS) ability.
• Strong organizational skills, Dependability, Punctuality, & Accountability a Must!
• Solid foundation of ethical standards: Honest/Integrity
• Desire to work hard, have fun, and be team oriented.
• 2 years experience required
