Job Summary

Service Link is seeking a Night Field Supervisor to oversee and manage the power washing and sweeping workforce. The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as hands-on knowledge. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and can respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the job site.

The Night Field Supervisor ensures that commercial property pressure washing and sweeping service crews complete assigned scopes of work accurately, efficiently, and safely across all assigned sites.

This role is the frontline driver of execution and operational accountability.

The Night Field Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Daily Field Execution Oversight
  • Ensure crews have the tools, supplies, and instructions needed for the day.
  • Adjust plans and troubleshoot on-the-fly when needed (staffing gaps, equipment issues, etc.).
  • Communicate clear instructions and expectations for each shift based on the daily work orders.
  • Labor Efficiency & Cost Control
  • Monitor actual labor hours against budgeted time for each job.
  • Prevent overages by proactively resolving inefficiencies.
  • Track time-on-site and task completion to reduce idle time.
  • Coach field employees on expectations around pace, productivity, and time management.
  • Ensure field employees are starting and ending their day on time and holding them accountable to expectations.
  • Quality & Compliance Monitoring
  • Enforce SOPs and safety standards.
  • Ensure crews are trained and following checklists or inspection criteria.
  • Lead a daily huddle each night with all available field staff to review assignments, safety reminders, equipment needs, and any service updates.
  • Identify training gaps and immediately coach or retrain employees who fail to meet quality or safety expectations.
  • Hold crews accountable to completion standards.
  • Respond to service complaints immediately upon notice. Investigate the issue at the site level, identify the root cause (e.g., training gap, rushed job, equipment failure), and implement corrective action with field staff.
  • Follow up after complaint resolution to confirm the issue was addressed and to prevent recurrence.
  • Crew Supervision & Support
  • Provide daily coaching, direction, and oversight to assigned team leads and field technicians.
  • Address minor personnel issues (e.g., tardiness, attitude, teamwork) on-site promptly and professionally; document and escalate serious or repeat issues to the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all team members are in full uniform, equipped properly, and always representing the company professionally.
  • Maintain a daily field presence to lead by example, build relationships, and ensure the crew feels supported and held accountable.
  • Shift coverage as needed.
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Provide daily updates to the Operations Manager on crew performance, service completion, issues encountered, and any support needed.
  • Relay relevant client feedback (positive or negative) to the Operations Manager or Account Manager in a timely manner.
  • Communicate any scope deviations, safety hazards, site access issues, or unusual conditions immediately to the Operations Manager or Account Manager.
  • Ensure proper documentation is submitted for training, service verification, damage reports, or incidents.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supervising remote service crews
  • Familiarity with chemical cleaning protocols (degreasers, sanitizers)
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial services, or environmental cleaning
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Work Environment & Conditions

  • Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, climb, and walk for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
