Night In-Charge

Job Summary:
The Night In-Charge is responsible for supervising all supermarket operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth store activities, stock replenishment, housekeeping, and staff management while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all night-shift staff and activities.
• Ensure shelves are replenished and products are properly displayed.
• Monitor stock movement and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams for stock handling.
• Ensure proper rotation of products (FIFO) and check expiry dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle operational issues and resolve staff concerns during the shift.
• Ensure all departments are ready for business before store opening.
• Prepare daily/nightly reports and communicate updates to management.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock audits when required.
• Ensure security procedures are followed during the night shift.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
