Night Laundry Attendant

The Night Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel. Night laundry is critical to the supply of clean towels, bedsheets, and cleaning rags for the next day's housekeepers. Shift time is from 3pm to 11 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Sort all linens and treat stains
• Load all laundry into the washer and select the specified cleaning agents on the screen
• Take wet, clean items and dry as directed
• Sort and fold clean dried items
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to the Housekeeping manager
• Notify the maintenance department of any equipment malfunction or repair needs
• Perform additional laundry services when necessary

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
• Consistent and reliable
• Must be 18 or older
• Multi-tasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
