Night Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
• Perform repairs on various systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Utilize logic controllers and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects efficiently.
• Weld components as necessary for repairs or modifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret schematics.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and residents.
• Experience in residential painting is a plus.
• Familiarity with logic controllers is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

• Evening shift
