Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight care for newborns and infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and comforting to promote restful sleep
• Monitor infants’ health and safety throughout the night, responding promptly to any needs or concerns
• Assist with establishing and maintaining sleep routines tailored to each baby’s developmental stage
• Support parents with gentle guidance on infant care techniques and developmental milestones
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Document sleep patterns, feeding schedules, and any notable observations to share with families during handover

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in newborn care, infant care, or as a nanny specializing in early childhood development
• CPR certification to ensure safety at all times
• Strong caregiving skills with a nurturing and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and team members
