Job Title: Call Center Executive (Night Shift)
About Us:
Outwerk Solutions is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team of Call Center Executives. We provide premium customer service to international clients and require team members with excellent English-speaking skills to handle communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions while promoting relevant products.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must (both spoken and written).
• Prior experience in sales or call centers is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a goal-driven mindset.

Part time: 7pm - 4aam

Full time: 7pm - 2am

Location: Park Avenue, 1st Floor, Suite 111, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S, Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 PKR + Commissions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Weekends Off)
