Night Shift Dispatcher

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of transportation management systems.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch wreckers
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Analyze routes and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency
- Monitor and track trucks to ensure on-time arrival
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update relevant systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Thursday- Sunday 7pm-7am night shift in person
