Position Details:

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM *MUST BE ON TIME-NO GRACE PERIOD
• Schedule: Flexible days with rotating weekends
• Status: Full-time or Part-time

We’re Hiring:

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Registered Nurses (RNs)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct patient assessments and update care plans
• Deliver hands-on, compassionate care in alignment with physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing care environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Communicate effectively with families and advocate for patient needs

Preferred Experience:

• Pediatric or young adult care
• Ventilator, G-tube, and trach care
• IV therapy and wound care
• Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
• Excellent time management and decision-making ability

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Experience in acute care, rehab, home health, long-term care, or hospice
• Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable in dynamic care settings
• Willingness to participate in emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)

Compensation:
$25.00 – $41.00 per hour
(Rate based on experience, licensure, and role)
