NIght Shift Waitress/Bartender

```
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and respond to any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Prepare garnishes, such as fruit slices or olives, for drinks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Familiarity with different types of alcohol, including craft beers and specialty cocktails
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures for handling food items
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
