Night Time Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of beverages, including Montana made micro-brews, wines, domestics, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate Clover POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations and alcohol service laws.
• Monitor the bar area during peak hours to ensure safety, compliance with licensing laws, and smooth operation of the night.
• Be able to work low volume shifts
• Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume service periods in a fast-paced environment like Mimosa showdown, Tap takeovers, or reserved parties.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of bar areas for special events or catering functions, including food safety practices related to food handling and serving.Qualifications
• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role within the hospitality industry; Micro brew experience.
• Familiarity with Clover POS system for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, alcohol laws, and responsible serving practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
