Duties

• Monitor entry points to verify IDs, check for prohibited items, and control access to the nightclub
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to observe activity, identify potential issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Manage crowd behavior by diffusing conflicts through effective conflict management techniques and maintaining order
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or disturbances using first aid skills, CPR, or law enforcement procedures when necessary
• Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to monitor activity both inside and outside the venue for loss prevention and security purposes
• Collaborate with team members to enforce venue policies, prevent theft, and uphold a secure environment
• Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and communicate effectively with emergency responders if required

Requirements

• Proven experience in security or related fields preferred
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity using surveillance equipment
• Excellent conflict resolution skills with a calm and assertive demeanor under pressure
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts that may include late nights or weekends
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to security operations and crowd control techniques
• Commitment to maintaining a safe environment while providing exceptional customer service
