NIGHTSHIFT: BOOKKEEPING EXPERT (QUICKBOOKS)

Job Title: Nightshift Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) – On Site

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal

Job Type: Full-Time (On Site, Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 2–5 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience to join our team. This is an on-site nightshift position that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple bookkeeping tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review journal entries and adjusting entries.
• Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
