Night Shift Dispatcher (Oilfield / Trucking)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $18/hr + Bonuses | Weekly Pay | OT After 40

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dispatch trucks and keep them moving all night
• Work directly with customers to schedule trucks for their jobs
• Stay on top of what’s going on — who’s loaded, who’s waiting, what’s next
• Talk with drivers and give clear instructions
• Adjust on the fly when things change (because they always do)
• Keep notes so the next shift knows exactly what’s going on

What We Need From You

• You can handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed
• You know how to talk to people — drivers and customers alike
• You’re organized and can manage your time
• You can multitask and think ahead
• Basic computer skills (Excel, scheduling, etc.)
• Oilfield or trucking experience is a big plus

Pay & Extras

• $18/hour starting
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Paid weekly
• Bonus opportunities for performance
