Nissan of Van Nuys, Service BDC, Call Center

Nissan of Van Nuys Looking for a full-time Service Department Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to handle our Service call center. In this role you will help increase overall service appointments for the dealership. This role also pays Bonuses and Commission Incentives.

Bilinguals are strongly recommended to apply

Hourly pay starting at $18-$19 plus bonuses!

Responsibilities

• Schedule Service Appointments
• Facilitate inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate internal staff
• Contact customers (phone, email and text) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunities (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects
• This role requires you to also assist the Service Department, with processing payments, as well as handing vehicles over to customers once their service is complete. Additional tasks maybe required as per Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,100.00 - $6,000.00 per month
