Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the procurement and supply chain management of Nitrile Gloves designed for both home and commercial use, targeted at bulk buyers. Duties

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for nitrile gloves, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards are met across all procurement channels.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes using ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms to streamline purchasing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements that align with company objectives and market trends.
• Oversee inventory management and control to maintain optimal stock levels, utilizing tools like MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of bulk orders while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor market trends in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) industry, including sourcing options, pricing fluctuations, and new product innovations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance for audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Extensive experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP ERP, JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, or AS400 for procurement and materials management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles including inventory control, logistics, production planning, and merchandising.
• Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with suppliers while maintaining quality standards.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies for PPE products like nitrile gloves tailored for bulk buyers in both home and commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online procurement processes to enhance sourcing efficiency.
• Ability to analyze pricing data and develop competitive strategies that maximize value for the company.
• Familiarity with contracts management, procurement policies, and compliance requirements across different regions. Pay: $52,973.94 - $63,796.57 per year
