Job Overview
We are seeking caring and responsible Niñeras/domésticas to provide attentive childcare and household support for families in need. This role involves nurturing children, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a clean and organized home environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable, and passionate about creating a positive impact on children’s lives while supporting household needs.

Duties

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote development and well-being
• Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring nutritional needs are met
• Assist with homework, reading, and educational activities to support learning
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the home
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying up play areas, and cleaning dishes
• Follow family routines and schedules for naps, outings, and other daily activities
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns
• Occasionally assist with errands or transportation to appointments or activities

Qualifications

• Prior experience caring for children or working as a domestic helper is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a warm, nurturing demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are nice-to-have but not mandatory
• Flexibility to adapt to different family routines and needs
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.14 - $25.46 per hour
