NJ Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

Visual Marketing & Design is a fast-growing, full-service real estate marketing company serving agents and brokerages across New Jersey. We specialize in high-volume production of professional photography, videography, 3D tours, floor plans, and related marketing assets.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality photo and video content for residential properties. In this role, you will represent our brand on-site, deliver excellent client service, and consistently produce content that meets our professional standards.

Our team handles all scheduling, editing, and sales. Your responsibility is to professionally capture each property and upload all raw materials by 9:00 PM on the day of the shoot.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph and film residential real estate listings
• Capture 3D tours, drone footage, and floor plan imagery when required
• Upload all files by 9:00 PM on the day of service
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
• Provide outstanding customer service at every appointment
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance and demeanor
• Travel independently throughout New Jersey using your own vehicle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior real estate photography/videography experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting techniques, and white balance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Clear and confident communication abilities
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated work style
• FAA Part 107 certification and drone proficiency (when applicable)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Required Equipment

• Mirrorless or DSLR camera (Full-frame preferred, 18MP+)
• Wide-angle lens (minimum 16mm for full-frame; 12mm for crop sensor)
• External flash (TTL preferred)
• Tripod with leveling base and rotating head
• Motorized gimbal/stabilizer (e.g., Ronin M/S or equivalent)
• Lavalier microphone
• 360° camera (e.g., Ricoh Theta) with monopod
• Smartphone or iPad with current OS
• Reliable high-speed internet for file uploads
