1. ABAP/Basis Developer

Location: Onsite – Nashik Municipal Corporation, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Nashik

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Qualification: BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT

Role Overview: Responsible for development, maintenance, and administration of the SAP ERP landscape including ABAP coding, BASIS administration, system monitoring, performance tuning, and integration between modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and debug ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces.

- Perform BASIS activities such as system monitoring, performance optimization, transport management, and user administration.

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to implement changes and troubleshoot issues.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all developments.

- Ensure system availability, security compliance, and version updates.

- Provide technical support for DR site and coordinate with SAP support.

Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience with ABAP programming (reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Smart Forms, ALV).

- SAP BASIS administration (ECC, Solution Manager).

- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

- Familiarity with SAP upgrades, patches, and kernel updates.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

2.DBA cum SQL Developer

Location: Onsite – Nashik Municipal Corporation, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Nashik

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Qualification: BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT

Role Overview: Handles database administration and SQL development for SAP ERP systems ensuring database integrity, security, performance optimization, and support for application development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer MS-SQL Server databases supporting SAP applications.

- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Perform database backup, restore, recovery, and disaster recovery drills.

- Monitor database performance, space usage, and indexing strategies.

- Implement database security measures and manage user access.

- Analyze expensive SQL statements and optimize query performance.

- Provide database support for SAP BASIS activities.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in MS-SQL Server (2008 and above).

- Knowledge of database backup/recovery tools and strategies.

- Query optimization and performance tuning skills.

- Understanding of database monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with SAP database structure.

3.SAP HR Functional Consultant cum Project Lead

Location: Onsite – Nashik Municipal Corporation, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Nashik

Experience Required: 3–6 years

Qualification: BE/BTech/MBA in Computer Science/IT

Role Overview: Manages HR & Payroll modules ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and enhancements in the SAP HCM landscape along with project leadership for HR-related SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including HR Administration, Payroll, ESS.

- Manage payroll processing, statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI), pensions, and salary supplements.

- Implement HRMS integration with SAP ERP modules.

- Prepare and deliver MIS, compliance, and government-mandated reports.

- Provide end-user training every two months and maintain training documentation.

- Lead HR-related SAP projects coordinating with cross-functional teams.

- Liaise with external bodies for payroll deductions and compliance.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in SAP HCM/Payroll configuration and customization.

- Knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements and compliance.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional SAP modules.

- Experience with HR reporting and analytics.

4.SAP Municipal Accounting Functional Consultant

Location: Onsite – Nashik Municipal Corporation, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Nashik

Experience Required: 3–6 years

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCom/CA/MBA in Computer Science/IT

Role Overview: Manages Finance & Accounting modules in SAP with focus on municipal accounting, GST compliance, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.

- Implement and maintain GST solutions within SAP.

- Support bank reconciliation, vendor payment processes, and day book maintenance.

- Generate customized MIS and financial reports.

- Coordinate with internal finance teams for statutory and audit requirements.

- Support municipal-specific accounting processes and integrations.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration.

- Understanding of municipal accounting practices.

- GST configuration and compliance knowledge.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
