We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers who has recently graduated from their trucking school and experienced drivers for a dedicated local account based out of Tracy, California. This position runs throughout the Central Valley, CA, offering consistent freight, steady miles, and a home daily schedule.
This is a great opportunity for new drivers looking to gain experience while staying local and home every day.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required
- No Experience Required - Recent CDL graduates welcome to apply
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Open availability required (day or night shifts)
Pay & Earnings
- Weekly pay: $1,400 - $1,600
- Annual Earnings: $70,000-$80,000
- Consistent workload with steady freight
- Weekly direct deposit - always on time
- All orientation and onboarding costs covered
- $300 bonus upon hire
Responsibilities
- Operate a dry van tractor-trailer on assigned Central Valley lanes
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs using ELD system
- Communicate with dispatch regarding trip progress and delivery schedules

- Home Daily - Guaranteed
- Central Valley, CA local routes only
- Day/night shift schedules
- No overnights or long-haul dispatch
