Job Summary:

VT Logistics LLC is hiring a Local CDL Class A Driver based in Indianapolis, IN. This position offers consistent home daily schedules, weekly pay of $1,800, and steady freight. Drivers will safely operate a tractor-trailer while ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $1,800
• Annual Equivalent: $85,800 – $93,600
• Base Pay: 75 CPM
• Stop Pay: $15.00 per stop
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
• Orientation Pay: $300
• Performance Bonus: based on safety, mileage, and on-time delivery metrics

Job Details:

• Home Time: Home daily
• Shift: Night
• Freight: Combination of mileage pay and stop-based deliveries
• Trailer Type: Dry van
• Equipment: 2022–2024 Freightliner Cascadia models
• 1,800–2,000 miles week
• Operating Area: Routes within a 150-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN
• Average Stops: 8–12 stops per day
• Trainees accepted

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license
• 3 months of tractor-trailer experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Ability to handle local delivery procedures safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations
• DOT pre-employment urine screen
