CDL-A Local Driver – Home Daily | $1,300–$1,600/Week | Night Shift | Tracy, CA

Now we are hiring No Experience CDL-A drivers for a local account based in Tracy, CA. Guaranteed daily home time, consistent routes within the Central Valley and back to Tracy, CA, and drop-and-hook freight.

PAY OVERVIEW

• Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,600
• CPM Structure: starts from $0.67-$0.71
• Performance Bonus: $0.8 cpm
• Stop Pay: $15/stop

ROUTE & SCHEDULE

• Position: Local Dedicated
• Home Time: Daily — home after every shift
• Shift: Night shift
• Freight: Preloaded, drop and hook only
• Running Area: Central Valley only and back to Tracy, CA
• No mountain driving (No Donner Pass)

• Late-model, well-maintained trucks

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license (120 hours from trucking school)
• 21 years or older
• Clean driving record ( minor violations are okay)
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• No more than 2 DUIs in the life time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run local dedicated routes within the Central Valley only
• Handle drop-and-hook freight safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery records
• Communicate with dispatch for route updates and scheduling
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
