PAY & COMPENSATION

• Training pay: $650/week during mentor program
• Solo pay: $0.55 – $0.70 CPM
• Weekly average: $1,300 – $1,500
• Annual: $67,000 – $87,000
• Weekly direct deposit
• $4,000 sign-on bonus (3+ months exp. only)

TRAINING PROGRAM

• 3 – 4 weeks paid OTR mentor program
• $650/week the entire time — no unpaid training
• Gary, IN terminal — 35 min from Chicago, no relocation
• Solo transition after structured evaluations

ROUTE DETAILS

• Midwest Regional — IL, IN, OH, MI, KY
• No-touch dry van freight
• Home 2 days after every 14 days out
• Home every Weekend ( For Regional routes)
• 2021 – 2024 Freightliner Cascadia

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A, 21+, clean MVR
• DOT physical & drug screen
• No OTR experience needed for training track
• 3+ months exp. required for sign-on bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate assigned OTR routes safely and on time
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections every run
• Maintain accurate ELD logs per FMCSA standards
• Deliver on schedule and communicate with dispatch
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulation
