CDL-A Driver – No Experience Needed – Regional – Fresno, CA

SYI 2 CORP is now hiring CDL-A solo drivers for regional lanes out of Fresno, CA. No driving experience required. We bring on recent graduates and provide paid onboarding, real-world training, and one-on-one support from a dedicated dispatcher. You’ll get consistent miles, weekly pay, and a team that keeps you running while you build a long-term driving career

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,950/week
• Annual equivalent: $68,000–$100,000/year
• CPM Rate: 50¢–65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 15 years)
• Miles: ~ 2,500 - 3,000 per week
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 ($500 after your 1st load and $500 after a month)

Home Time

• Home every 5 days for 2 days

Orientation

• One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers
• Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck
• Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation

Freight & Routes

• Regional general freight with primarily no-touch loads, allowing drivers to focus on driving without handling unloading. Routes run throughout the Western region, mainly covering Nevada, California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. This provides steady miles, consistent freight, and a predictable operating area

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
• Drivers will get an assigned truck
• All trucks are automatic - drivers with manual restrictions are welcome

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• No prior experience needed
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must reside within 75 miles of Fresno, CA
• Basic load securement awareness required (no unloading)
• No major violations in the last 12 months
• MVR checked for last 3 years
• Background check for last 10 years
• Must pass hair & urine drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Operate automatic tractor with 48’–53’ trailer
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
