Compensation & Incentives:

• Starting pay: $0.55 CPM
• Average weekly miles: 3,000–3,273 miles
• Average weekly earnings: $1,650–$1,800
• Annual earnings: $85,800–$93,600
• Stop pay: $15 per stop
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000
• Performance bonus: Up to +3 CPM based on safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• New CDL-A graduates welcome — no experience required
• Must live within 50 miles of Tar Heel, NC
• No endorsements required
• Must pass DOT physical

Responsibilities:

• Safe and timely deliveries on dedicated Southeast routes
• Pre/post-trip inspections every run
• Accurate logs and full DOT compliance
• No-touch freight handling — drop and hook
