We are actively hiring Class A CDL drivers for a regional dry van route based out of Midlothian, VA. If you are just getting your career started , there is a spot for you here. Routes run through eastern states and you will be back home every single week on a schedule you can count on before you ever leave the yard.

The Work Itself

• 100% dry van freight - sealed loads only, no unloading required
• Solo operation - your truck stays yours, no team driving
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections required each run
• On-time delivery across Eastern Regions
• Accurate hours-of-service logging and full DOT compliance required

Weekly Pay & Earnings

• $1,600 - $2,100 deposited directly every week, no exceptions
• Estimated annual earnings of $83,800 - $108,000
• Starting rate of $0.67 - $0.78 per mile
• Automatic $0.01 per mile pay increase every 12 months
• $300 sign-on bonus
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers
• Direct deposit hits your account on the same day each week

Your Weekly Schedule

• Consistent 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week with no slow periods
• All routes are pre-set - you know your schedule before you pull out
• Home time every week with a 34-hour reset built in
• No last-minute changes, no surprise detours, no broken commitments

Equipment

• 2024 Freightliner Cascadias - automatic transmission, clean, and route-ready
• Every truck in the fleet is 2022 or newer
• Well-maintained equipment across the board

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL in good standing
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean MVR
• Entry-level and experienced drivers are both considered
• DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen required
