Pay & Earnings

• $1,200 – $1,400+ weekly average
• $62,400 – $72,800+ yearly equivalent
• $300 paid orientation
• Weekly direct deposit available

Schedule

• Home Time: Every Two Weeks
• Shift Type: Day / Night availability
• Weekend work may be available based on freight needs

Orientation & Onboarding

Freight & Routes

• Steady freight with dependable weekly miles
• Combination of Drop & Hook and Live Load / Live Unload
• Late-model automatic equipment
• Regional and OTR lanes based on openings
• Strong dispatch team focused on driver success

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain logs through ELD systems
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Able to pass hair follicle drug screening
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Motivated to build a long-term driving career
