About This Position
Our Midland, Michigan terminal is hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van and reefer fleet covering the Great Lakes states. Midland is a steady industrial market with consistent freight demand and organized dispatch - far from the congestion of Detroit and Saginaw. No experience required - we provide full onboarding support from day one.

Home Time

• Home Friday evening through Sunday most weeks
• No weekend dispatch - your days off are protected
• Consistent Monday morning departure every week

What This Position Offers

Pay & Compensation

• New CDL-A graduates start at $0.65 CPM
• Experienced drivers start at $0.68–$0.75 CPM based on verifiable experience
• Weekly pay: $1,500–$1,800
• Annual pay: $78,000–$95,000
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000
• Orientation pay: $300
• Safety and performance bonuses available

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• No SAP history | No DUI offenses
• Pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug test
• Able to communicate in English with dispatch

Responsibilities

• Run assigned regional routes out of Midland, MI - covering MI, OH, IN, IL, and WI
• Monitor and maintain reefer unit temperature settings to protect freight integrity on temperature-sensitive loads
• Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections on both tractor and trailer
• Maintain accurate ELD logs in compliance with FMCSA hours of service rules
• Communicate with dispatch proactively on delays, load issues, or route changes
