We are hiring new-licensed CDL-A drivers for a dedicated position out of Highland, IN. This role offers consistent freight, strong weekly pay, and reliable home time. Ideal for drivers looking for steady miles and predictable schedules.

PAY

• Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,600
• Annual equivalent: $70,000–$88,000

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Dedicated | Full-Time
• Freight: No-touch freight, majority drop-and-hook
• Equipment: 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission
• Home Time: Home every weekend
• Schedule: 5–6 days per week; day and night shifts available

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Must reside within 90 miles of Highland, IN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate CDL-A truck on dedicated routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes and delivery updates
