We are hiring CDL-A drivers for our regional fleet out of Laurel, MS. You will run dry van and reefer freight on consistent, familiar lanes - steady miles every week and a full benefits package from day one. Recent CDL graduates are welcome - no prior driving experience required beyond your CDL-A certification.

Pay

• CPM Rate: $0.65–$0.75 - grows as your career does
• Average weekly gross: $1,500 -$1,800
• Annual earnings: $78,000 -$95,000 including bonuses
• $2,000 sign on bonus
• Performance and safety bonuses on top of base pay
• Orientation pay - $300

Equipment

• Automatic trucks - clean and well maintained
• Dry van and reefer trailers

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license - new graduates welcome
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record - no SAP history, no DUI
• No prior termination from a CDL driving position
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment hair follicle drug screen
• Must be able to communicate in English with dispatch

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van and reefer tractor-trailer on assigned regional lanes
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Perform thorough pre and post trip inspections every single run
• Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs throughout the entire day
• Communicate with dispatch regarding trip progress and delivery schedules
• Plan routes efficiently to stay on schedule at all times
• Deliver 100% no-touch freight safely and on time every load
