OPENING
We are hiring full-time CDL-A Regional Drivers out of Merrillville, IN Stay close to home running consistent Midwest lanes, get home every weekend, and earn strong weekly pay. Trainees and first seat experienced drivers are both welcome !

PAY

• Average weekly earnings: $1,100 - $1,400
• Weekly mileage: 1,700 - 2,400 miles
• Stop pay: $15 per stop (excluding first and last stop)
• Bonus: Driver Performance OTR Bonus
• Weekly pay every week

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Regional Solo Driver | Full-Time
• Freight: Dry Van - Live Load, Live Unload, Preload, Drop & Hook
• Home Time: Every weekend
• Running Area: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois
• Loads keep you within 400 miles of home
• Shift: Days & Nights
• Holidays: Yes when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license
• Trainees welcome
• First seat experienced drivers welcome
• No special endorsements needed
• No specialized equipment required
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Must live within 100 miles of Merrillville, IN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate CDL-A dry van truck on Midwest regional lanes
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
• Handle live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop & hook freight

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Able to pass hair follicle drug screening
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
