Our Benton Harbor, Michigan terminal is actively hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional fleet hauling dry van and reefer freight across the Midwest. This is a market that major carriers overlook entirely, which means consistent freight, no overcrowded dispatch, and a terminal that actually knows your name. New CDL-A graduates are welcome - full onboarding support from day one.

Home Time

• Home Friday evening through Sunday every week
• Monday morning departure - structured and predictable every single week
• No surprise weekend callouts - ever

Equipment and Freight

• Fully automatic trucks
• Not slip-seated - this truck is yours every week
• Regional Midwest lanes within 300–600 miles of Benton Harbor
• States covered: MI, OH, IN, IL, and WI
• Every load is 100% no-touch - dry van and reefer

Earnings Breakdown

• $0.65 CPM for new CDL-A graduates
• $0.68–$0.75 CPM for drivers with verifiable Class A experience
• Weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,800
• Full year potential: $78,000–$95,000
• Sign-on: $2,000
• Orientation pay: $300
• Safety and performance bonuses on top of CPM

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A
• 21 or older
• No SAP history | No DUI offenses
• DOT physical and hair follicle screening required
• Must communicate in English with terminal dispatch

On The Road

• Cover Midwest freight lanes operating out of the Benton Harbor, MI terminal
• Monitor reefer temperatures on cold chain loads from pickup through final delivery
• Complete thorough DOT inspections on both tractor and trailer before and after every trip
• Maintain full ELD compliance per FMCSA hours of service regulations
• Keep dispatch informed in real time on any delays, route changes, or load issues
