Pay & Incentives

• $1,800/week average
• $85,800 – $93,600/year
• $0.75 CPM + $15 per stop
• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $300 Orientation Pay

Position Details

• Home daily
• Day & night shifts available
• Dry van | 100% no-touch freight
• 1,800–2,000 miles per week
• 8–12 stops per day
• Routes within 150 miles of Lemont, IL
• Newer Freightliner Cascadia (2022–2024)
• Trainees welcome

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• 3 months of tractor-trailer experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Ability to handle local delivery procedures safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations
• DOT pre-employment urine screen
